Economic Crisis

Ok, so I kind of resigned from my job today. I don't have another job - although I do have an interview this afternoon I am optimistic about. It's kind of crazy to quit a job right now, but . . . for reasons I can't quite explain, this was the best thing for me. So yeah, two more weeks and I am done.

Let's hope I will not be living in my car 6 months from now.

My boss snapped her fingers at me earlier this week. Snapped! FOUR times. I was going to quit that day, but after about 10 seconds realized I didn't care. Snap, whistle, whatver, I still wouldn't care. So that's not why I quit.

It snowed a bit last night. I love it when you start driving your car and all the snow from the hood starts flying every which way.

I'm totally not even being sarcastic about that, I really like it. . . all those years in Florida I suppose!

In two weeks I am helping a friend drive a uhaul to Atlanta (I am not moving to Atlanta, friend is). She has a job as a manager of some fancy salon. That is the main reason I am going. 21 hours in a uhaul and for that I will get FREE highlights for my hair. Totally worth it I say. Totally.

Ok, I say I am going to get this job today! I will be the last interview and was told they will make their decision either late this afternoon or early Monday. My interview is at 2:30. The best part of this job is the hours are 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

If I never had to get up again in my life before 8:00 a.m., I would be much happier. MUCH.

Oh! Also I am almost caught up on my student loan payments. That may not seem that impressive, but I was about 10 months behind and now? Only about one month which I hope to take care of by next week. Maybe then that bitch Sallie Mae can stop calling my house 37 times a day.
